The only thing this complex and office staff are good for is putting up a great moving in "front." BEWARE: the office staff is a joke, I had a serious maintenance/potential health hazard issue that I had to call the corporate office for because the main office did little to nothing about the issue. Not to mention the corporate office was no better to deal with, it really became a pain to live there. Rent is way too expensive and waste of money because you do not get a great living/clean facility or office staff. I moved there for convenience of walking and not driving to class and it's NOT worth it! There is a great deal of noise in the hallways, and residents were basically forgotten about during Gustav, until the rent was due! I would strongly advise looking for a better apartment with professional staff.
