not bad in the winter

These are nice for the money but in the summer the utilities will break you. Since they are loft apartments there is a huge vaulted ceiling with evidently poor insulation. In the summer the temperature wouldnt get below 80 until 2-3am and the air conditioner ran non stop for sometimes 20 hrs. All of the units that didnt have trees were like that. If they would seriously upgrade the air conditioning these could rent for a lot more.
The surrounding neighborhood is ghetto but I never had any crime problems, nor did I see any. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
