I've stayed in Woodside Manor Apartments for 2yrs. It's an alright place to live for college students, NOT FOR A FAMILY. While staying in Woodside Manor, my apartment was broken into twice. The second break in, they kicked the door in, in the day time might i add, around 12 noon. Called management and informed them of the incident and no one ever came. I had to call the emergency hotline in order for some one to come fix our door and all maintainence did was put a board up! They say they have cameras around the complex, but guess what.. THEY DONT WORK!! The new office manager (JUDIE) is very unprofessional and lacks communication skills, in my opinion! I dont know where she came from! While Mr. Riley does have good management skills, they dont show. Since he has become the regional manager, he's hardly around and when he does finally show up, he acts as if he's too good to talk to anyone. In Apartment guide, their features include "controlled entrance access"- the gate is ALWAYS broken and "Computer center w/ Hi-speed Wireless internet"- this place is NEVER open! Almost all dryers in the Laundry Facility are broken and there's always something, like sand, in the washing machines, not to mention the smell! Toilets always back up due to plumbing problems for weeks at a time. Pest Problems. My air conditioner broke at one time and water leaked on the floor from it, they never came to clean our carpet after several request for them to do so! The apartment itself is nice, but DEFINITELY NOT WORTH 700 DOLLARS THAT I PAY FOR MY 3BEDROOM AND THE POOR MANAGEMENT THAT COMES WITH IT. I can hear everything that my upstairs neighbors and next door neighbors do and even their conversations that can be a problem!! Only reason I've been at Woodside Manor for so long is because of its convience to my everday living. I'm in the process of moving, because the apartment manager is tired!! Makes me regret my stay here! My days at WOODSIDE MANOR ARE OVER! IF U DONT WANT TO GET MISTREATED, MOVE AROUND! I would not recommend Woodside Manor to anyone!
