The staff at Alexis Park went above and beyond what was expected of them. Management, staff and maintenance was there within 30 minutes of my complaints. I find them very up on things concerning the welfare of their tenants. I look forward to spending my time here at Alexis Park. The grounds are well kept, they offer door trash pick-up and many other things that you would not expect from an apartment complex. They also greet everyone with their name, which I find very impressive! With everything that I have experienced with my move-in my family is comsidering moving to Alexis Park in the very near future. Now I see why when I went to seek out an apartment...there were no vacancies. I waited and am very happy with the outcome. This group should be commended for their outstanding service to their tenants.
