I have visited these apartments several times a year. During each of my visits I have found that they are well kept. One of my aunts has lived there over 15 years. Another lived there for at least 5 years with her two kids. Throughout their stay they have seen many different types of neighbors. They have never felt unsafe or any threat. These are good apartments for the space for a family just starting out. Most of the families appear to be working class. So, the apartment complex doesn't stay "busy" unless there are Kids playing. Just feel the playground should be updated and the pool should be of larger size for the apartment complex population. The pool is usually closed when I visit.. even during the summer.
