I lived at Alexis Park for over 2 years. They never fixed anything, the manager Shannon is Rude and she is not helpful at all. I live in building 3 and the power went out in the whole building all the time. They claim they have 24 hour maintance but if your air coniditon goes out you are SOL. When you need new lightbolbs for the kitchen they will place them out side your door and you are left to put them up. There is a lot of traffic that goes through the complex.
