Yes, it is pricier than some places in the area, but it is money well spent. The grounds are safe and well maintained. The breezeways are a little dirty but that's to be expected in the middle of fields.
The office staff was always helpful, prompt, and polite. My apartment was lovely and the included W/D was a nice touch. It's pet friendly, has nice pools, and is generally just a good place to live.
Parking can be troublesome on the weekends with the curb parkers. I did hear my neighbors sometimes, but overall it was very quiet.
Highly recommend.
