My husband and I have lived here at Tallow Wood Apts. several months now. The Apts. or small and we have experienced problems with noise due to our neighbor having the volume on his/ hers stereo volume up at all hours of the day and night. We have complained to management and had to phone for courtesy assistance on several occasions and unfortunately we are still having the same problems with the same tenant after several months.Not sure why the problem continues, But it does.We can hear other tenants quiet well, Unfortunately. Loud stereo,television,etc.,volume(s) are not permitted according to our lease and considered a lease violation but continue to be a daily problem.
Traffic is a problem on Airline Drive and it is not only during certain times of the day but all day except for in the evening, After 10:00pm. There is a Wal-Mart across the street and traffic is constantly backed up in this area daily.
Have not had any problems in regards to safety. Have not heard anything concerning problems with safety.
The apartments are small and we have had problems like electrical outlets not working properly, etc.Rent is on the high in in our opinion considering the size of apartments, traffic issues, and age of apartments, needs updating especially appliances. No major problems there. Some appliances are dated in the apartment and do not match.Dated countertops and bathroom/ kithen flooring.Parking has not been an issue.
#1 major problem is honestly noise.
