After reading these reviews decided not to consider Tallow Wood for my future home.
I did look at one of the apartments and was suspicious, So I did some research online,Found these reviews and spoke to a buddy of mine who lived at this particular complex several months ago and he confirmed alot of what I read was true.I spoke to an assistant manager who showed me a model apartment. My buddy said he was showed the same model apartment to then find out on moving day that the apartment he moved into was not what was expected.

Rent on my apartment just went up $10 bucks making it $590 for a 560 square foot box with windows.Plus they charge you $45 extra for a washer and drier.I also have old appliances that do not work well,Old retro early 90's kithen stove and microwave,Outlets that do not work for the apartment has really thin walls, Can hear neighbors talking, arguing,TV's,music.Doesnt help complaining, The old manager in the office with her retro 80's hairdo will not do a thing but have excuses. Hate living here and ready to move out.

The local airforce base planes are also flying constantly near the apartments(Tallow Wood). It is loud and easily heard inside the apartment.Also the trafic on Airline Dr. is terrible,Not to mention noisy and can be heard also inside the unit.Tallow Wood was about 20 years ago. Alot has changed on Airline Dr. the past few years making the location of the property a headache.
