I was told that these apartment were quiet and was a nice place for my family.
We read some of the previous reviews and agree about all the problems.
We heard about fights at the pool in the middle of the night and we have seen the police racing into the complex several times and wonder what is going on. Concerned about safety.
As for as the apartments. They do have older mixed matched appliances and dated flooring and countertops in the kithen and bathrooms.
Slow maintenance response and repairs are not done as well as they should be. Found myself doing my own repairs several times just to save the time of calling the office and waiting for the slow maintenance to arrive.
The manager can be rude at times.
I am military and think that we are not treated the same as nonmilitary residents.
I do not recommend this place to anyone and hopefully soon get my family out to a community that feels safer and a bit nicer.
