Getting closer to my lease ending and not planning on renewing. Several reasons,One being the price of the unit which is over $805.00 for a two bedroom.Water bill is not included and is outrageous.Tenants should come first and especially their needs.Good customer service and convenience for the tenants is key.The property is located on Airline Drive which speaks for itself.There is no where on property for outgoing mail except for a little basket sitting inside the leasing office,Which is very inconvenient,You have to go into the office when there should be areas to place outgoing mail throughout the property or at least one place outside the office on property.Parking has been an issue in the evening and I have seen vehicles park in the handicap spots who had no handicap tags. Which brings me to the courtesy officer. He needs to slow down when he is on property especially in the evening and when he is in a public vehicle off duty.Noise is a problem,Neighbors can be heard well and I can hear televisions,stereos and even can hear my neighbors talking at times.Needs more lighting in all areas.
Maintenance is slow and repairs usually require multiple repair request for the same problem. Pets, Very few tenants leash their pets and I am afraid of a couple of the dogs I have seen on property.
About the price of the units,These apartments should have all updated,matching appliances,Updated flooring in kitchen and bath,Simple updating throughout.Friendly management staff,Faster maintenance response.Offer more convenience for the tenants.
Less excuses would be great. Its not my problem or any other tenants problem when we have a repair request ,etc. to be told , "We are so busy or we have multiple request and Im sorry".
