Live at Tallow Wood located on Airline Dr.
Apt.is very small and difficult to place furniture because of the floorplan. Can here neighbor's well, Thin wall's and floor's. Older appliance's and older bath and kitchen flooring. Manager mentioned they are remodeling,but yet to have anyone remodel my apartment!!!! Rent seems high and most would agree.Traffic on Airline Dr. makes it difficult to get on and off property.
Parking is problem in evening time.Grounds are nothing special.Safety is questionable.Have heard about problems and it is dark in areas,Lots of lights out need repair.Maintenance is slow,Repairs are not as good as they should be.
Had problems with water bill amount and it being high. Manager could be nicer. She can be rude. She was not rude when I sign that lease and when I drop off the rent check on the first every month.
See people constantly moving in and out. Very few stay.
