We looked all over Shreveport/Bossier for high quality apartments. Being from Houston, TX this city didn't have much to offer. I highly reccomend Lacrosse Apartments! They are very helpful and caring! They gave us a bottle of wine when we moved in as well as some killer snacks! They also remember your birthday and bake you cookies! They will even goto the store and pick up things for you and only charge you the price on receipt. I can't say enough about Lacrosse Apartments. I highly reccomend!
