My husband and I moved from a tiny apartment that was falling apart (the pipes under the kitchen sink were duct-taped together because after three calls in two weeks, we still couldn't use our kitchen sink!) Moving into Lacrosse is one of the best things that's ever happened to us. The staff was so friendly, everything in the apartment had been newly painted/cleaned. They had even put down new carpet. The rooms feel bigger than they are because of the high ceilings on the third floor. The bathtub is huge. Normal bathtubs now feel cramped to me! I love the vanity that is separate from the bathroom. The balcony is nice to sit on in the evenings when it's cooler. You can't even tell that there are highways around because it is so quiet. Indoors, noise is minimal. Occasionally, we'll hear a train, but it's not loud, just noticeable. I used to feel embarrassed to invite people over. Now, I love it when people stop by to see the new apartment! The pool and hottub are always clean and functional, too, and the only time there are really children are on Saturdays. They even have barbeque grills for their residents.
The rent looks high, but all of our bills are included except electricity, phone, and internet, so it evens out. (They even pay the cable bill, and we get 65 channels.) The electricity bill is always low because of the great insulation/soundproofing of the apartment. It's well worth the money.

Wow! Thats amazing! it sure doesn't sound like the people in the office wrote this does it!? lol. I'm going to La Crosse them off my list... Desperate!
