The floorplans are very conducive to small families and are very open. The light fixtures and crown molding in the main living room are excellent and very beautiful. I was actually surprised at the quality of the light fixtures. The colors and materials used are absolutely beautiful. I love living in an apartment with actual COLOR! We live on the ground floor, so we have a HUGE patio. Although the cabinets could be better material, they are nice and there is ample space and plenty of room to store kitchen stuff. The closets, bathrooms, and kitchens are huge for apartment living. I love the GARDEN TUB in our master bath! I have only heard our neighbors once or twice, so the noise is minimal. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and maintaince is prompt, therefore problems are resolved quickly. Grounds are beautiful and well-kept usually. I have only had to pull tree-sized weeds out of the flower beds once or twice. The pools are nice, but a little smaller than I expected. There is also a good walking trail that boarders the complex. I have not used the fitness center, though it seems a little cramped. There is a security gate around the complex and security systems in every apartment, so safety is not a concern. The only real complaint I have is the quality of the walls. They seem to very susceptible to scratches, so you have to be careful when moving furniture. Also, I wish the tenets with pets would use the pet stations more; I do not appreciate stepping in their pet's mess. But it seems rare for an apartment to even have pet stations, so I can not complain much. Overall, living in these apartments has been an extremely positive experience and I love living here. I have toured other apartments in this area, and Lexington place seems to be the best overall quality in this price range.
