My boyfriend used to live at these apartments. Overall, they are pretty nice. The grounds are kept clean and the apartments are fairly new and up-to-date. The 2 major complaints I have are below.

1. A pipe burst behind the wall in his bathroom and caused mold to grow everywhere along the wall in the bathroom. Although they came and replaced the section of the wall that was destroyed due to the water leak, it seemed the mold problem never quite went away. It bothered me that they removed only a small square section of the wall when mold could be growing and building up behind the other parts of the wall.

2. One day my boyfriend was at work and I was at his apartment. There was a knock on the door and before I could even get up to answer it, the manager just let herself in! The door was even locked. So she had to unlock the door and let herself in without any regard if someone was home or not. Several minutes later some maintenance men came to attend to the problem described above in the bathroom, and they too let themselves in without knocking. I have never lived at a place where this occured.

Overall, I would recommend these apartments but just make sure to tell management to knock before entering your apt!
