I think since the new staff has taken over things aren't running very smoothly. In my opinion, it is terrible. We have bouts when there seems to be no one picking up trash that is on the grounds. The trashcan is always overflowing not to mention in an inconvenient location. The staff is REALLY forgetful. They "lost" my rent twice and always found it when I would come to produce receipts. It took multiple phone calls to get back with me about simple things and they never know anything or were very busy.The maintenance people are extremely nice but they should hire more. When I went to move in, the manager was really knowlegeable,prompt and friendly. She had her stuff together but when it came time for my move in date, she had quit ( should have know then things were going sour). Several mailboxes are broken and it has taken weeks to get them fixed. The mail carrier says it is the apartment's responsibility to fix them so they aren't fixed. We have a gym for which you pay a deposit to get the key. It has mildew on the baseboards and the smell is terrible.
We are in a gated community and the gate is always stuck open. I could go on and on.
