HORRIBLE MAINTENENCE

JUST TO WARN YOU BEFORE YOU MOVE IN, UNLESS YOU CAN FIX EVERYTHING YOURSELF, DON'T LIVE HERE. THE MAINTENENCE CONSTANTLY "LOSE" WORK ORDERS, AND EVEN WHEN YOU STOP IN THE OFFICE TO REMIND THEM, THINGS DON'T GET DONE. I COULD GO ON WITH THE WORK ORDERS NOT DONE FOR MY APT, OR DONE SO POORLY THEY MIGHT AS WELL NOT HAVE DONE ANYTHING. I'M MOVING OUT ASAP AND WILL TELL ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PLACE THAT THIS ISN'T IT.
