My family and I found this place online from out of state. We moved in a the first of the year and have had nothing but problems with our apartment. Nothing gets done when you ask for it to get done. They loose work orders or you can't talk to someone on the phone without an attitude about what you are calling on. You never get a straight answer even when you don't get an attitude. Even though they have a new management it still is not worth it. The pool was remodeled over the summer, it was closed on the 31st of May and didn't open until the 8th of Aug. You could only swim for a month because they don't take care of the pool. It turned GREEN!! Then the fitness room would be closed when the pool was open and you never knew when it would be open because they never gave you a straight answer at the office. The maintence people are connected at the hip, you don't see one without the other. We had lived here for a month and we had to have maintence come out to take care of a problem we had. It took them over 3 weeks and by that time we had already fixed the problem. We couldn't wait any longer. You never see the manager only the assistant (if you want to call her that) and the other lady I guess she is the leasing agent no one really knows. I would never recommend this place to anyone and as soon as our lease is up my family and I are leaving and never returning. We do not feel safe here and I don't let my kids go out to play. We have seen bikes get stolen in front of our eyes and no one does anything about it. The gates hardly ever work, they either don't work with the gate opener or they are stuck open because they are broken and no one can fix them. If you need to talk to someone at the office, forget that as well. They are hardly ever there. They take lunch for more then an hour or they are always out on property. You could walk the property and never see them. It is sad that we are not from Louisiana and the first impression was the worst. OH!, if you do have a complaint, don't bother, you will never get ahold of anyone at either office. You only get a recording. NEVER MOVE HERE!!! I WISH WE COULD DO THIS OVER AGAIN, WE WOULD NOT HAVE MOVED HERE! IF YOU CAN BUY A HOUSE DO THAT INSTEAD BUT WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
