I currently live in Mission Village Apartments. We moved in mid-year and I wish daily that we hadn't. Every day my upstairs neighbor plays his music so loud that I can't even hear my own TV that is less than 6 feet away from my face. I have complained to management but they change employees more than I change my underwear so nothing ever gets done about it. We had water and what smelled like raw sewage back up into our sink last week and we reported it around 8 o'clock as an emergency (it was about to spill onto our kitchen floor). By lunch time no one had even bothered to come by to check on it. We had to take off of work to bail water so that it did not run over onto our kitchen floor and living room carpet. Those are problems that I can almost deal with, but what bothers me the most has to be the drug problem that we have. My neighbor has visitors all hours of the day. Each visitor stays about 5 minutes and leaves in a hurry. I have personally smelled marijuana coming from the window of this apartment but again the management turns their head. Maybe they purchase from my neighbor!!!!
