You would think that the property/management of Mission Village would show a sign of care in reading all of these reviews. I have lived at Mission Village for the last 3 months, and we are so ready to get out of here!!! We put in a work request for a leak in the bathroom that would flood the bathroom everytime you took a shower. I told them not only is it "our" problem, but this will ruin the floor,wall and possibly the ceiling below us. It took 6 weeks to get someone to "attempt" to fix it. They just redirected the water path. It still floods the bathroom. You think I care......NO!!! We have had problems with extremly noisy neighbors! The people below us blare their TV till about midnight EVERY night! One night, we could not get to sleep because of kids playing on our stairway. After 11:45 P.M., I had had enough. We called and reported it to the answering service. They told me that they would call the security officer. After 2:00 A.M., I said screw it and call the police department. They arrived about 3 minutes later. The security officer never even came. I will not do laundry here again. The dryer has a timer on it. It last for 60 minutes. I went back to check on my clothes about 30-40 moinutes through cycle and found my WET clothes on the FLOOR because someone wanted to dry theirs with my money. This has happened TWICE. Office doesn't care about this neither. So if you are looking for a place to live, don't even consider this place even if you are desperate. There is a bridge nearby, that would be nicer to liver under!!!!
