Our apartment was very clean when we moved in. It has new carpet and tile. It smelled kind of like weed but that's OK the smell can be covered with candles. The first day we moved in, the maintenance man came over and gave us light bulbs. Then they fixed the sink in the bathroom when we didn't even call and ask them too. The pool is very clean and there are two laundry facilities. So far, our clothes have not gotten stolen or thrown on the floor. Our neighbors are very friendly, he let us borrow toilet paper the day we moved in. A/C works GREAT! There are cute baby lizards that live outside. There are plenty of parking spots and they are conveniently located. We would recommend this apartment to anyone, even two little white girls that live by themselves, like us!
