It is better than living under a bridge

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Lived there for a little over two years.
The neighborhood and complex plummeted into a very bad environment, and it wasn't exactly stellar to begin with.
Management enters and performs maintenance when they feel like it.
Not many people living there that have respect for their neighbors (noise, trash, unattended kids doing whatever they want at all hours).
Off duty police monitor the entrance at nights routinely, but are there mainly for presence. Lots of drug use/dealing and 911 responses at this facility.
I mainly moved because it is a horrible place to allow my child to be raised in and also because it is very difficult to live with noise, trash, and unkempt facilities.
