Don't waste your time. I lived here for 5 months with my 5 yr old, in the summer, kept my drapes closed, the air on 78, turned off every light every time, never cooked and hardly ever stayed there and my utilities averaged over $230/mo.!! The alarm NEVER worked. The exterior siding was falling off,- they did fix it after I called and told them it was literally hanging & was about to blow off and hurt someone (the mgr saw this & commented on it 3 weeks earlier when she showed me the apt)!!

To top it all off, I had to break my lease one month early, I went thru EVERYTHING they told me to do in the office when I informed them I would be leaving(ie. the 30 day notice, last months rent, etc.) Only to find SIX MONTHS LATER that they turned me over to a collection agency for not paying the last month's rent!! THEY NEVER CONTACTED me with a bill or any means thru my forwarded address, or phone number which never changed from what they had on file. But turned it over to collections. When I contacted the "manager" she explained that it was a mistake and would 'handle it' and call me back. Three days later, when I called her back, she said they didn't have anything on file and she 'didn't know why she didn't tell me about it', yet I still owed it according to what she could tell. When it all comes down to it... if you make the mistake of leasing here.....DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR LEASE PAPERS FOR AT LEAST 2 YRS!!! You never know what they may try to pull!!
