When we first moved in to our apartment in 2007 we really enjoyed living here. We didn't mind the B52's flying over...you get used to them. But, we were glad when we moved out in 2008...our water bill had increased significantly without cause. When I asked the office why it had increased they could not give me a good reason. Plus, to make it more difficult we have still not received our deposit back after 2 months of moving out. We have called over 10 times and they kept telling us initially it was being processed. After more calls we found out the apartment office staff had changed again and they keep postponing sending our check stating they were behind in paperwork. We have still not received it and will continue to press them for our deposit.

I hope, by now, you have your deposit back. The management has gotten WORSE. I never thought I would say this, but give me that snotty Monica back.
