This place is the worst I have ever lived in! Office staff is rude and won't fix any of your problems, neighbors leave trash out for weeks at a time causing the whole property to smell like ----, walls are paper thin, parking lot floods every time it rains, cheap construction, section 8 approved, pay over 1000 dollars a month for this dump! Leaving at the end of this month and won't look back. Renter beware!! Looks ok from the outside but once you get sucked into this hole you will be sorry you did not go somewhere else!

I can vouch for the flooding. EVERYTIME it rains, the lot floods. It could be a light rain and the management will try to lie and say it was a down pour that caused it.
