The office staff is young, rude, and does not prioritize the needs of the tenants. The maintenance staff is nice, but it takes forever to get the least little job done. For example, our toilet broke and it took over a week to get fixed. Three different times our outside security light went out, and again it took over a week each time to get repaired. We lived near the trash bin, which is the SMELLIEST place in the whole complex! Since the complex is not gated, people from all over Bossier come to dump their trash, and many people just leave their garbage out in front of the dumpster instead of putting it inside. When the lawn service people come, they blow all the debris up under the breezeway and it is a mess to clean up. Once they powerwashed the breezeway and water & dirt came under the door & inside the apartment! The apartments are way overpriced. They offer "covered parking" which you have to pay for. With the price of rent, it should be free. Landscaping is nice, but upkeep is awful. I could go on & on, but I'll just say that after being here a year & 1/2 we can't wait to move!!! I suggest you KEEP LOOKING!!!!

I wish I had paid more attention to these reviews before I signed a lease at the Reserve! The parking is horrible - absolutely horrible AND the alledged custom security officer does not enforce illegal parking! Potential renters PLEASE pay attention to these review notes! They are not lies made of from only disgruntled tennants!

BEWARE of THIEVES!!!!! Since we were going to live in these apartments for only a few months while our house was being remodeled, we rented one of the "secure garages" to store our riding mower and other lawn equipment. We checked the garage regularly, but the day before we moved out, we opened the garage and ALL OF OUR THINGS WERE GONE!!!!! Not only that, but another tenant's things were there!!!! The other tenant came--while we were standing there--and opened the garage with his key. I showed him that my key also worked. The lock hadn't been broken or replaced, so it appeared that someone with a key had taken our stuff. We filed a police report, but the MANAGEMENT said that we had rented a totally different garage and that they were not responsible for the theft. Now we're out several thousand dollars :-( and the Reserve is off the hook. JUST ONE MORE REASON NOT TO LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
