I absolutely love my apartment!! I have had to wait a bit longer than previously for maintenance work but the office staff is all so sweet. I got locked out one day and ended up spending over 30 minutes talking with the girls in the office.

That's what we thought too when we moved in 5 months ago. We had to move in with no A/C the SECOND DAY! It has since gone out an additional 5 TIMES!!! When the weather turned cooler last weekend, 11-21-08, my HEAT didn't work. Maintainance is very nice, unlike office staff. My two year won't sleep in her bed b/c of numerous ant bites she's received. Pest control said it was b/c they wouldn't remove straw around buildings. They were under our carpet and I was vacuuming 3 x daily!!! She is now terrified of ants. Dishwasher STILL doesn't work after being "fixed" 4 x. Dishes come out smelly and greasy. 2 leaks under the kitchen sink has warped cabinets. Disposal broke twice. Gurgling in hall bathtub first 3 weeks we were here due to drainage problem. Now I smell bleach when I run water in there. Mold on carpet from where the ice thawed each of the 6 times the A/C froze. Toilets constantly run. Electric bill was $230 - $250 a month and YES water bill has stedily $10 a month since we've been here....just 5 months. Siding is falling off ceiling in breezeway dropping 4 inch nails EVERYWHERE. I have pictures of the ever-overflowing nasty health hazard of a dumpster. We were told by one courtesy officer that they hird a temp worker to clean it up a couple of months ago and he quit after 30 minutes b/c of the maggaots. When first here, we were given keys that wouldn't open our mailbox and after REPEATED calls we would have messages left at 6;00 PM that THEIR keys worked fine. I finally caght up to the girl before she left and made her come see that MY keys didn't work. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!the time will come when you experience the SAME fate especially when the weather warms up again.

lynchshelley is 100% correct. Im just impressed they did not begin to ignore the repeated requests and treat HER like the problem.
