The management makes it perfctly clear that they are not interested in making repairs. Don't let their friendly appearance fool you. Remember, they are making a sale. Once you sign the contract, you are forgotten.
If you enjoy your privacy, again, do not move here. They WILL enter your apartment when they feel fit. Regardless of a written request, on file, not to enter.
Management will not return phone calls. Regardless of problem.
We were locked out of our apartment, in winter, for two hours before I got myself back in. Another hour before anyone returned my callS.
My AC went out in June. Blew hot air. Would not shut off or get below 80 degrees. Maintenance said nothing was wrong with it and the management was going to leave it at that. It took a fight and a phone call to higher ups, but they sent a REAL a/c repairman who fixed it in less than 30 minutes.
I have had maintenance confront my neighbors about issues that I had only discussed with management. Matters that were quite sensitive.
I had a ceiling fan fall from my ceiling. The fall protection was not installed. They have ye to check any other fans.
They kept my Fire extinguisher for nearly two months. I called for it several times and finally they told me that maintenance THOUGHT they gave it back. Yet, no one bothered to notify me of this.
As I write this, they are making repairs upstairs at 0730 AM. Very loud and no consideration at all to even make downstairs CUSTOMERS aware so they can adjust for the noise.
