By far this is one of the best run places that I have ever lived in. Maintenance is always quick to fix things in apartment, the grounds are always picked up, the fitness center is always cleaned, and the pools are cleaned. The laundry rooms are old, but very clean. My apartment is painted taupe and it has crown molding. The office staff is very friendly and is always willing to help me out with directions. They even delivered a package to my door when I wasn't able to make it in before they closed. I have lived an brand new apartments and they were not ran as well as this complex. You will love it here!

Is this a joke? This has GOT to be one of the management staff writing this surely?!?! It is NOT well run....management have no clue what they're doing and NOTHING ever gets done...until months later and about 8 or 9 visits to re-request the maintenance! The grounds are revolting, the trash bins stink and spill over, broken glass left in carparks and also mud and water puddles are a permenant fixture as they were never cleaned up after some work that was done there....hence permenantly muddy shoes and tires. The fitness centre is out of date and most equipment doesnt work properly. The pool is NEVER clen in summer and is green and revolting and was actually shut down by the Health Board the summer just gone. Not only have we not had packages delivered to our door but we have had notes left feom the post office saying that we have to collect our parcels from them as they were unable to leave the package at the front office as it was closed/unstaffed/back in an hour sign...VERY common! I too have lived in brand new apartment...LaCrosse and never had one complaint....LaCrosse was FANTASTIC! They bent over backwards to help us...if you're looking at apartments dont DREAM of moving into st charles!
