St. Charles Place apartments is a terrible place to live. I lived there for over a year, and nothing ever worked. I had a townhouse, and nothing ever worked. Everything is slapped with paint; from the windows to the countertops to the chandalier that you will hit your head on repeatedly. The windows are not sealed one little bit, glass rattles and air leaks from every seam in the place. If it rained, water would come in thru the closed windows and doors... And whatever you do, don't even think about wondering where your deposit is when you move out. They will just make up something to keep it as they did me. I had to basically force them to send me an itemized list of deductions that dont even add up. all in all, a terrible place to live.
