My girlfriend and I moved into St. Charles on May 5th, 2007. We have lived here for a year now and overall we are satisfied with the complex. We live in a 700 sq ft. 1 br 1 bath cottage. The only complaint we really have is with the people who live across from us occasionally park in our covered spot, and their cats run loose and get on top of our cars. They also have a younger guy who drives a green Honda Civic with an obnoxiously loud coke can exhaust. We just renewed our lease for another year and the rent only went up $30 which puts us paying $580 a month, which really isn't bad for Bossier City. The washers are front loaders, which is awesome because they do not use much liquid or have an agitator which means our clothes will last longer. The management is great and we are excited about the renovation of the fitness room. The new paint job is better than what the colors were. Maintenance is friendly and they do a good job. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great quality place to live for not a whole lot of $$$$. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

They're called Riverwood Apartments the street is between Benton and Airline dr. Now im not sayin they're the greatest in town but for such a small price they are good. Some of them are old but they are puttin them down to build some new ones, and some of them have been remodeled. People think the're on the ghetto side but i dont think that at all. Its quiet and they are in a convenient location. U should check them out... Here's the number 318-746-0284. They have availables at the moment.

These apartments are NOT quiet! I am absolutely miserable because I never can sleep due to the high amount of traffic noise outside. The above poster is right, you mustve been paid to write this. I will never rent from these people again!
