These apartments are what I like to call lipstick apartments. They have slathered everything with paint and cheap aesthetic fixes! It may look a bit nicer that some you may have seen or much worse, depending on what your personal tastes consist of. The insulation is absolutely pathetic, the AC units work terribly to match which result in your apartment being ATLEAST 85 degrees INSIDE during the summer! We had to install TWO window units in attempt to keep it comfortable in the dump! The insulation is so poor, as I stated above, that we had to keep the units running 24/7. The staff is moderate, they seem like they want to help when things go wrong but do poor of it. The only positive of this place was that they allowed pets which is somewhat rare in Bossier apartments. Our sink was broke and leaking for months, our toilet leaked and constantly had issues. While we lived there, a girl was held at gunpoint in the parking lot one evening by some thugs and was forced to get naked while they prodded her. The rent is WAY too high for our 540 sq ft apartment that has a poor layout I might add. As well as the fact that our electricity bill is through the roof during the summer due to such poor window quality and insulation.
I will never rent or suggest this place to ANYONE.

a girl was a held at gun point and you gave safety a 3? I completely agree on everything else you spoke of. Especially how management seems nice "as if they cared" but really don't do anything. Especially the insulation part of the comment, totally correct!
