SLEEPLESS in BOSSIER

I could hear the next door neighbor cough, sneeze, pee, and snore through the thin walls of the expensive 2 bedroom apartment we rented. My husband and I had to complain about the noise level of some 20something girls upstairs at two or three in the morning when they came home from partying. You can hear every footstep if you are downstairs! DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER!
