The property is very old but, seems to be well kept for its age. The apartment manager is very rude and picky. She does not like younger people living there she told me many times that this complex is for "older couples". She picked on us about numerous things. It was ok at first but then it became a big problem. Living there made me feel like I was under 24 hour supervision. If you want privacy I would not recommend living there. If she is not watching your every move then she will have her maintenance guy watching you. Horrible experience and I am glad I moved on to bigger and better things. I could have sued for about a million because I was violated by the fair housing act. Good Luck with your stay!!!!

Very satisfied with these apartments. They are older apartments but very well kept.The manager has to be on her toes to keep the riff raff out. My hat is off to miss Jo for doing a great job. Danny the maintenance man too!

I'm a young college student looking for an apartment before my fall semestar begins. She told me there were not any openings but later that day my mom called and she told her that there were a few apartments becoming available later in the month not knowing that the apartment would be for a college student. I could never live in an apartment complex that didn't lease to you because of your age.

mrs. Joe can be okay at times. and if you run into a hard place she will help you and understand that things do happen. she is a very sweet lady when she wants to be. however; she can change into a evil lady at the click of a button. what i learned about staying in those apartments is everyone is a tattle tail. people talk nonsense about the neighors to mrs. Jo, but do the same things they just complain about. one resident made a comment about a guy not wearing a shirt in the pool. **crazy** The yard man is awesome. he keeps that pool and landscape beautiful!! but my only complaint is the people can be too nosey and they love to tell Mrs. Jo everyones business. im unsure if i would recommend these apartments.
