- The apartments are terrible. The way they are set up is not good. We had to walk a mile to our's. I LOVE IT! - I had a one bedroom. Nothing really fancy or special about it, but it was cute and I really liked it. I only had a few problems, but nothing serious. Do not move here!!! When I moved in, my apartment was not even ready! The carpet was still wet from being cleaned (it should have been replaced) and the paint was horrible! Lights were out, blinds were broken and the sink didn't drain. It took maintenace too long to fix the problems.

Unsure of Other Reviews I found this site and was surprised at the reviews that I have found on here. I have lived here since last summer (2008) and I really like it out here.

Beautiful Apartments I absolutely love my apartment!! I have had to wait a bit longer than previously for maintenance work but the office staff is all so sweet. I got locked out one day and ended up spending over 30 minutes talking with the girls in the office.

I lived at Alexis Park for over 2 years. They never fixed anything, the manager Shannon is Rude and she is not helpful at all. I live in building 3 and the power went out in the whole building all the time. They claim they have 24 hour maintance but if your air coniditon goes out you are SOL.

I did look at one of the apartments and was suspicious, So I did some research online,Found these reviews and spoke to a buddy of mine who lived at this particular complex several months ago
