Boardwalk is a good complex. I haven't had any problems with the gate so far after 2 months. MY problem is everyone gets in the gate due to the amount of traffic, it way as well be open all the time. Too many visitors park in spots they shouldn't causing tenants to park several buildings down. 2 things the apartments need to add is tennis courts and a dock so we could actully use the pond. Crown molding on the ceilings is nice and closets and rooms are nice. Rent is higher than most will pay, maintenance has been very quick the 2 times I've used it.
