If you need something fixed, it get's taken care of pretty quickly. The manager is very friendly. That is about the only good things I can say about this place. We have complained till were blue in the face about our noisy neighbors. We were told to call the Police Officer that lives onsite. Well, he never bothered to show up or call us back. You also never see him show his face around the apartments. Management tells us that there is nothing they can do about the noise. Even though your lease states the "three strikes your gone". I've even been told by the assistant manager that she has noisy neighbors, so if she has to deal with it, so should we. People let there dogs crap anywhere they like without picking up. If you don't get home before 7pm you can forget having a parking space nearby. Our patio is also a landing zone for our noisy neighbors Cigarette butts. Another thing that management does nothing about. I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone with a small child or infant.
