This place seems nice when you walk in the office and inquire about the complex...then BAM! Once you move in...uncaring staff, you find out how poorly built the apartments are, you stress over meeting their criteria of credit standing etc and then see all of these low income families living in there. Don't think of complaining to management about anything...they do not truly care. They are a bunch of inexperienced kids (literally...the managers dad built the complex) running the place. Security...thats a joke! They claim their is off duty officers on premises...they are never on site when you page them. They set up rules but no one follows them or enforces them. Pets poop everywhere...they say there is a 25 lb pet limit but some have german shepards roaming. Drive through the complex at different times of the day before signing papers. Your deposit will NOT be refunded, they find a way to keep it. Its like the WHITE DENHAM SPRINGS GHETTO!!!!
