I live in Boardwalk and am currently in the process of moving out. The maintenance men are nice, although I think one of them is a spy.. The office lets some people get away with things and not others. I don't know why exactly. After living in them for a while you notice that the workmanship is quick, cheap and crappy. You pay a ton of money for a little workout room that is always flooded with teenage girls hanging out, a tiny pool. A gate that never works and doesn't matter if it did because people just wait for someone to let them in. Then the inside of the apartments are very dull, plain and laid out horribly. We have the biggest one you can have and it's still too smalll. There isn't a very well barrier in the ceilings because the noise above us is horrible. Also if you have guest come over they have to park a couple buildings down, unless you're lucky and are in the bldg. next to guest parking. Noone picks up their dog mess (supposed to only have small dogs, but I see several very large dogs) and the mgmt staff is very impersonal and rude. I thought I would share this with whoover is fixing to flush their money. We have never been in trouble with the mgmt. or threatened this is just things I know and see from living there. It seems like the place has gone down hill a little bit. There are 252 apts. with a crazy small park for the kids. So instead they just play in the parking lot, as if it was big enough. I could probably go on but I will hope that this has helped someone into looking in to their decision. Good Luck
