Manaegment has an objective of trying to balance a large dwelling for many individuals, where each person can live in peace & harmony. The staff of Boardwalk Place takes every bit of the job seriously and to heart. Five of the six "on-site" office staff live at the community. This gives new meaning to taking your job home with you... With that being said, rules are implemented for a reason & enforced with urgency to ensure comfort for everyone to the best of our ability. It is disharting when a complaint comes to our attention, but I assure you it is addressed immediately & the best possible results are produced. The monetary fines for violations are disclosed to everyone upon move-in & do not change based on different situations. The rules are disclosed along with the rental rates & so forth. These items that were addressed in this "opinion" appear to display an example of a resident who left unhappy & may not be suited to dwell in an apartment community. We are sorry that you feel negatively & we greatly wish that any issues would have been brought to the attention of the office while they were occuring. Thank you for your "opinion".

Just want to know how many times we have to complain about a tenant above us that is always stomping, slamming and constantly banging things around? We have complained numerous times and nothing has been done. Didn't know I was paying to hear all this distraction on a daily basis. But I guess when it's not your problem why do anything about it.

This is complete and total BS. The office staff does not take complaints seriously. They seem annoyed when someone enters the office because this interrupts their social time. I would never dream of accusing any of the office staff of taking their job "to heart." I personally appreciate that there are monetary fines for violations such as excessive noise, littering, not cleaning up after your dog. No problem there. However, would it kill the office staff to respond to maintenance requests in a professional and timely fashion? Apparently, the staff must feel this way, as they are not willing to take the risk.

Wow. I was seriously considering living here. Just moved into the area. After reading this posting from what must be management I have decided against it. The fact that you use the word "opinion" in response to serious concerns about your job is ridiculous. You might as well be standing right in front of them rolling your eyes. Thank you for letting me know how big of a mistake I "almost" made.

I think if anyone has a problem then maybe the best way to communicate with the management is to actually fill out the paperwork like everyone else, instead of getting on a website complaining. I stand behind the management 1000%. They are understanding, sweet, supportive and on top of their jobs. If you dont like it, live somewhere else, no one is begging you to stay here.

Instead of being anonymous, say what bldg you live in. There is only one manager I Have A Major problem with, Melissa and Jody are awesome and so are Tommy and Shawn. She is arrogant and a smartass who has an issue every time you walk in the office or call. She needs to be reported. I will report her to the Management group or the people that own the Apartments. For any potential tenants I recommend another complex just because of the Manager who thinks because she drives a BMW and manages an apartment complex she's better than everyone else.... To the guy who supports them 100% we all know who you are, It's noy a secret. Keep kissing her --- and letting everyone know how much of a ------ you are. Hopefully more and more tenants will do the smart thing and report this arrogant wanna be.

And for the record the supposedly on duty courtesy officers, that's a joke. They never respond to your calls and complaints nor do they return calls when you leave a message. I guess we need to get the proper paperwork and fill that out to and turn it in.
