I just found this website and am dumbfounded at some of the comments about this property and the staff. I have lived here from May 2007 and will live here as long as I possibly can. I cannot say enough about the office staff and how helpful and outgoing they are to everyone that I have talked to on this property. I have never heard one complaint from anyone this whole time I have lived here, people boast about the staff and how sweet and helpful they are to each and every one of us. They go out of there way to do things for us, for example they have resident parties, they throw us a Christmas party every year and Santa stops by for the kids, they have a Halloween party and hand out candy to the kids, they give out breakfast to people on their way to work every couple of months. This is all done before or after office hours when they should be with their families but instead they are here trying to serve us and our families. I love living here and would recommend it to everyone. They even send out surveys for us to fill out every couple of months so why aren't these unhappy people filling them out and turning them in annonamously, it says on the survey that we don't have to put our apartment numbers on there. In my opinion I think people search out websites like this one when they're not happy however you don't really go searching for something like this when you're happy. I will be telling everyone here about this website so that they too can rate Boardwalk themselves and you will see that there are alot more "happy" people than not!

I do fill out the surveys everytime received and have not seen an improvement in any complaints made. I have lived here since 2007 as well and did not start having problems until mid 2008. I believe the reviewer may live in one of the "lucky" buildings where individuals are clean, quiet, employed, and sober.

Again with the courtesy officers on site. They will not do a damn thing unles you call 911 first and then none of the courtesy officers respond. Two officers, who do not live here, will respond to your call. Why offer them if we can't use them.

The Courtesy officers on site are here to offer you assistance with a disturbance after office hours, if it is an emergency then absolutely please call 911. If there is a disturbance after hours on this property then you call up to the front office and it will prompt you to the courtesy office line, you leave your name and number and it will page them and they will return your phone call and let you know that they are on their way. They better respond or they will be replaced. Please call or email me if you have any further questions regarding the courtesy officers and their duties on property or if they are not responding to your calls b/c I will take care of it IMMEDIATELY.
