The staff at Boardwalk Place really helped us out after Katrina. They took us in and really went out of there way to help all of us after the storm. The staff went out of their way to set up public tranportation and access to a computer. Boardwalk Place was a blessing and the staff were angels.

I don't believe the complex was built before Katrina. Are you referring to Gustave in 2008? Even so, they didn't have power after Gustave for about 6 days after the storm like much of Denham Springs; I'm unsure how you could use a computer then.

WOW - maybe you should read the reponse before you post a comment. They said the apartments were NOT there during Katrina. Really goes to show the apartment complex have people like you living in them. Way to prove there are not idiots living there. You must be one of the neighbors I could hear outside yelling and screaming curse words. JUST SAYING way to prove our point that this is the kind of people they have living here and not child proof. Why even make a comment back?

Who said the apartments were NOT here during Katrina? The apartments were opened in December of 2004 and Katrina hit on August 30, 2005 so YES they were here before, during and after Katrina. So why don't YOU do YOUR research before you try to post something negative to my positive feedback!!! Who's the idiot now?

OMG, honestly someone is just board & bitter...The apartments were built & opened in December 04' because that is when i moved in! The apartments did go way above & beyond during hurricane Katrina! I appreciate the sweet review & agree that the staff was truely angels & still are!
