Just speaking my mind in a short & sweet fashion! The Apartments are really above anything we expected! Pleaseing everyone is impossible, but they have me feeling VERY PLEASED & comfortable! I would hope anyone reading these reviews can see through the "negative" reviews & realize these are probly the people who you would not want living next to you anyway! Why dont ya move if you are unhappy' I would! Come to think of it, most negative responders probly dont even live there any more-maybe were evicted, didnt pay your rent, and your just trying to get even by bashing the apartments & staff' Who knows, but the facts are the apartments are a delight! I recommend them to all!!!

you are correct. I don't know who you are but I agree with you wholeheartedly. I don't want to live here.I will be moving out and the management company and owners will be losing out on my rent money every month. Simple as that. I don't like living here so I am planning on leaving as soon as my lease is up. I will make recommendations as well to everyone I may met. I will show them these postings and others on other sites and let them come to thier own conclusions. I will even give them rides around the complex. The owners should now be wondering if the -------- will be home with thier junk filled truck, or maybe when they meet the staff they will see through the pleastentries, or the maintenance man riding in his golf cart drinking a beer. To the owners and management staff the choice is yours. But keep in mind every disgruntled person who post on this and other sites is another check you will be losing each month. Listen, amid the drunk college students, blaring spanish music, and domestic disturbances, you can hear the money leaving. To the origianl poster, please respond how you see fit because every back and forth exchange just makes this place look worse. Finally I remember the pellet gun incident. Poor kid.

I just want you to know that I did pay my rent and it was always a week early and never I never bothered anyone. As a matter of fact I didn't even know anyone who lived in my own building. I hated this place and I would never recommend it to anyone. How can you sit there and type this bull. You may be one of the lucky ones who does not have any problems in your building, just wish we were all that fortunate. Two memebers of the staff was very nice and plesant to deal with, but there were a few who were better than everyone else. As for the pellet gun incident, why didn't Boardwalk Place take this issue up with the parents of this kid who did the shooting. They could have at least warned the parents of this kid that that type of behavior is not appropriate in a complex. Instead they just sent out a letter saying guns were not allowed. Why was it just left up to the parents of the injured child to call the police. What is up with advertising you have stuff (on grounds security and a gated community.) The "grounds security" never did anything and the gate never works. I take offense to you saying we are people who were evicted or never paid our rent and we are trying to bash the complex. As I stated before I always paid my rent a week early and I put in a notice to move because I WAS NOT SATISFIED. If I am paying over 1,000 dollars I would expect to get a half decent place for my money not a place where anything goes. I have children and I need to think about their safety and that is why I am posing this comment. If my CHILDREN are NOT safe I will NOT stay.

I bet you are the parent of that kid that got shot with a pellet gun (lil boys will be lil boys) & you stay home & are board stiff & this is your entertainment!!! You prob have a lil group of board friends that do or dont even live at the place & yall have made bashing Boardwalk your past time...Have fun, the proof is in the fact that they stay almost 100 percent for 4 years now!!!!
