I've bounced around from apartment to apartment in the Baton Rouge area for the last 6-7 years, and of all the places I've lived, Boardwalk Place is by far my favorite. It is maintained and managed with the utmost care and professionalism. I lived there for 3 years or better, and was never bothered or intruded on in the privacy of my own apartment. The staff is friendly, considerate, and reasonable.

The only complaint I would have is that they need a bigger gym and a bikini ONLY policy at the pool. LoL. Ok just kidding there. The gym is actually pretty nice (especially by apartment standards)...and what man wouldn't want a bikini ONLY policy at the pool''

In all seriosness, I loved living there. The management, more specifically Dawn and Jodi, are a renter's dream. I love those girls!! And if hadn't bought my own home, I'd still be there. My name is Dustin Cleaver, and I would suggest this place to anyone looking to rent in the Baton Rouge area. They get a BIG THUMBS UP from me.
