I do not rate this apartment very well. We were scheduled to move in but due to the fire we decided that we didnt want to chance anything and decided to stay where we are at. We didnt sign any papers and when we went to get our deposit back we were told that they didnt give back deposits. This is against the law until someone signs papers!!!! it isnt our fault that the apartment burnt down and that we are decideing against it. it is the second one in a year. I know that is something no one can stop, but you shouldnt lose your money when you havent signed a thing.
