I LOVE IT HERE! It upsets me that every comment posted has been negative. I HAVE READ THEM ALL AND DO NOT AGREE WITH ONE. The apartment complex is gated and does serve its purpose very well. There is one entrance to the 250 apartments. The entrance has a camera that every resident can watch on their home T.V. It is possible to sneak ONE car in after the gate lifts but every resident signed a contract warning us that the gate is made for one vehicle entrance and the gate may close and damage any vehicle sneaking in. Also, there is no possible way to sneak a vehicle in either of the two exits. There is a leg that cannot be lifted to let a car drive through unless the motion sensor detects it. The motion detector is inside the complex so it cannot detect a car coming from the outside or wrong way. There is only one dumpster but I have never seen trash on the premises. Monday - Thursday personnel from Live Oak Trace pick up your trash if you set it by your walkway. It's so convenient! I see personnel walking the grounds to ensure a clean and safe enviroment every week day. I love Live Oak Trace's "way of life" they provide a clean, beautiful atmosphere that I feel very safe in. From the inside of my home out!!!!
