WE STAY IN THE LIVE OAK TRACE FOR A 12 MONTHS, AND WE MOVED OUT LAST JANUARY 31, 2009 AND YOU KNOW WHAT UNTIL NOW THEY NEVER REFUND US OUR DEPOSIT, THEY LIED SPECIALLY ------ ------ THE MANAGER, SHE ALWAYS AVOIDING OUR CALL. ITS WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT 45 DAYS BUT ALMOST 6 MONTHS NOW THEY STILL NEVER GIVE US THE REFUND. ACTUALLY THE APT. CLEANER WHEN WE MOVED OUT THAN WE FIRST MOVE IN. WE ALWAYS PAY ON TIME,THEY WANT THEIR MONEY ON TIME BUT THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO PAY WHAT THEY OWED. WE ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

You will not get your deposit back because the coporate office won't send it back to you. The manager does not write the checks.
