For the people who complain....... instead of blaming the manager for everything did it ever occur to you that her hands my be tied. She only works there she doesn't own it. When the pool was open for the short time that it was she bought the pool supplies with her money and she didn't have to do that. She doesn't have time to answer every call that's why she has office staff. The person who complained about BUGS have you ever heard of RAID' If you all are so unhappy why don't you move. Not only that the problems that your complaining about where the same problems that were there before the new manager came, what did you do about the problems then' You obviously stayed. Granted your entitled to get what you pay for but stop pointing the finger at the wrong person and go after the management company or owner. The person who didn't get the deposit back you said you moved 1-31-09, the manager your speaking of didn't start until mid February 2009, so she may not have a clue about your deposit or shes simply telling you what her supervisor or corporate office told her to tell you.

what are you just best friends and you are taking up for her?!? i live there and that place is even worse now there are dumpsters around EVERY corner really classy.... the pool is BLACK, at least the last mgnt took car of the pool. also if im paying almost 900 dollars a month to these people they could at least come and spray them selves its in the contract it does not tell me that there bug service is me getting my own damn spray! you know that place is a joke! and fyi i that manager moved me out and i still have not gotten my deposit back i moved out at the end of feb and its july come one... these people and just as bad as the last!!!

I have to say that it is a lot that we are paying, and the way things are do suck. I know the office manager isn't the only person to gripe about, but isnt she the go between? I've tried calling the office and the number was disconnected. our water was shut off and no one had an answer, that's really good. I know things are never going to be perfect living in an apartment complex, but this is our money...we are bound by a lease and cannot move. I just think this is a shame how things are run, or not run...

I would gladly contact the owners because I know it is their fault. Please post their name and address and I will write to them. If we don't pay our rent we get eviction notices but they can let people live for weeks at a time with broken appliances and expect us to be patient and understand. How about the hallways the owner can't purchase a blower with all of the rent the collect from us. They don't pay utilities we do. So what do they do with all of our money?
