Overall I would say they are convenient. However, there are some issuses that need improvement. First would be the office hours...they are only there, usually, from 9-6 p.m. Mon.-Fri.; which proposes a problem when needing assistance and paying rent. They do offer a drop box for payments that is centrally located with no lock for everyone to see your personal financial information. Secondly, this is supposed to be a gated community. HA! The gate only works approximately 1 day out of the month. We are supposed to have camera security, however the camera's are just for looks. Last, but certainly not least, trying to get a member of the office staff to return a phone call in reference to a service issue or any other problme that may arise is like pulling teeth. They used to take things seriously around there, but now most issues are approached with a lackadaisical attitude.

My sister lives here aswell, and I don't ever remember having to use the call box more than twice.

I currently live here and I live in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apt. they are really nice but I recommend anyone moving here to get an upstairs apt! i live below inconsiderate people who blare their tv, let their kids run wild, the people flick their cig butts onto the lawn in front of my door and they have no consideration for others. i have seen the cops come to these apts several times. The office personnel is quick to give a citation for silly issues but real issues are never addressed. The gate works when it wants to, it's like pulling teeth for pest control to show up, and the traffic off Juban is a beast. I'm currently looking for some other place to live.

The walls are paper thin, management does not enforce rules as they should, and some of the people they attract as tenants are the type that should be in a trailer park or ghetto. The Crossing Apartments are just upscale projects.

I agree with all of the comments other tenants have made regarding the Crossing Apartments. The gate gets stuck opened, so anybody and his brother can come through. Plus, anybody can ride another car's tail and get through the gate once they open it with their card. There aren't any street lights at the main driveway, so the driveways are pitch dark at night. This is also dangerous for the school children who are waiting to catch the bus early in the morning when it's still dark. This complex is just an upscale version of trailer park trash and ghetto tenants. I'm also looking desperately for another place to live. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone. Plus, they're too busy putting ugly notes on tenants' doors and trying to charge for "violations", instead of taking care of more important issues . . . like small children constantly playing in the driveway with NO adults in sight. They want your porch to look like nobody lives there.
